Food safety and quality

At its founding in 1895, Dansk Andels Ægexport (today DANÆG) introduced, as the first in the world, a quality management system aimed at improving the quality of Danish eggs. Since that time, DANÆG has been a trend-maker for the implementation of quality management systems in egg packing stations and we are today certified to a number of international quality assurance standards. The standards ensure quality and food safety at all levels of the company.
